Return and Exchange

For glass container candles, on receiving the parcel make sure the glass is intact and not broken at the time of delivery. If broken or damaged, immediately contact us via whatsapp and send us a photo of the damaged item along with your order number and we will refund.

Please note that we will only offer refunds on items that have manufacturing defects. Our candles are hand crafted and may vary in colour, colour variation can not be the basis of return.

We only offer refunds at the moment and do not have an exchange policy.

Abbas Ali Khan Fragrances reserves the right to cancel your order anytime. Most common reasons for order cancelation may include but not limited to:

• Items being out of stock
• Pricing errors 
• Invalid email/contact number
• No response from buyer on the provided number
